• Cash on Delivery (COD)

Orders will only be processed after payment confirmation (for non-COD orders).
4. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

• Product is out of stock

5. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery times may vary depending on location and courier. BELLE is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
Customers must ensure that shipping details are correct. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses.
6. Returns & Replacements
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or used cosmetics.
We only offer replacements for:

• Wrong items received
• Missing items
Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof.

Customers are responsible for checking ingredients before use. BELLE is not liable for allergic reactions or misuse of products.
