Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.

• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.


 

Shipping Coverage

We ship nationwide within the Philippines.


 

Estimated Delivery Time

Because orders ship from Mindanao:

• Mindanao: 2–4 business days

• Visayas (including Cebu): 5–8 business days

• Luzon (including Manila): 5–8 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on courier operations, weather conditions, and peak seasons.


 

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on location and courier rates.

Free shipping promotions may apply during special offers.


 

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct.

BELLE is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.


Failed Delivery / Unclaimed Orders

If a parcel is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to failed delivery attempts:

• The order may be cancelled.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

• Re-shipping requires a new shipping payment.


Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or message.
