Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

- Incorrect shade selection
- Personal preference
2. Eligible Returns
We only accept returns if the item is:
- Damaged upon arrival
- Incorrect item received
- Missing items in the order
You must report the issue within 48 hours of receiving your package.
3. How to Request a Return
